Chelsea was an absolute godsend. Buying from out of state was stressful enough, but to have issues that dragged on and on and on is even worse. On top of it, I was a first time homebuyer and knew nothing about anything. She was so excellent explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. She was also able to recommend a great company for my inspection among other people for things I needed done. She even attended the inspection on my behalf since I was in another state.

There were issues with the title so my closing date just kept getting pushed. It was pushed several months. Chelsea was excellent at following up with the sellers and then updating me the whole time. I was moving from out of state so being in the loop was critical. I scheduled my moving truck thinking the place was going to be ready (we both did), but then the issue with the title came back. She was able to get the seller to agree to allow me to live in the home until it closed. THANK GOD for Chelsea; I truly wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. I highly recommend her to use as an agent.

Chelsea is incredibly honest, punctual and professional. Making a quick sale was never the priority for her. Her priority was that we were in a home we loved and that we could afford.

Chelsea will always go the extra mile - for example, she made sure our lawn was mowed when we moved in, and branches were cleaned off the power lines. She negotiated a lower rate, worked hand and hand with our lenders, and was always a joy to talk with.

Buying a house for the first time was easy and I know that is only because Chelsea was representing us. I will never use another realtor.
